The hip new hotel was UNIQUE. Absolutely courteous staff, good services, including lots of good delicacies. Modern looking queen room with cool decor. Central heating and a flat-screen TV available. Convenient location with great bars and restaurants nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed interesting area.

I stayed in a quiet side room and it was quiet.
It seems like a motel, not a hotel. It was located far from downtown, near convention center (15 min by walk). And the tram was also too far away from hotel. A friend of mine who stayed in a noisy room, she said it was too noisy to sleep.

Relatively calm, isolated appartment, motel style, firendly staff, good location
High room price. This is a motel, not a hotel, which is was not announced. If I would taking care about money I would find a cheper motel.

The short distance to the Oregon Convention Centre was and the fairly low rates of the rooms were the main reasons to choose for Jupiter.
The restaurant could not be payed via the hotel bill.

Great room, with chalk board on the door. Good restaurant. Very nice people at the front desk and the restaurant. We did not notice the music at night (because of our jetlag?)

The quirky themed rooms added charm while the old odors were off-putting.

The hotel was noisy, the room walls paper thin and the hotel resembled a brothel rather than a hotel. If you are travelling with a family DO NOT stay at this hotel.

Jedi at the front desk was the best (yes that was his real name) and helped us enjoy Portland to the fullest. The room was very well designed and everything I expected. Check out the Douglas Fir (hotel bar) to see if there's a band playing that night. Seems like they have a lot of great shows going on there. Great experience.
Young crowd, but that includes me. Don't stay here if you're not ready to have a good time.

The hip decor of Jupiter had a quirky charm that reminded me of art studios I've loved. The lobby's vibe was fun, and I found the location conveniently close to lovely spots for senior strolls.
More accessible seating in common areas would be nice.

The hotel was in a great location. Some of the staff were really nice. They have chalkboard doors which is cool. Definetly a place for young people.
The night shift lady was really rude as unhelpful. The hotel is an old motel just with new beds and paint.

A cozy, affordable spot with a fantastic location near plenty of restaurants and bars. The outdoor patio area with a gas fireplace and tiki umbrellas was great. Quick housekeeping services and friendly staff. An unexpected valet parking charge left a sour note. It took two days to resolve, a hassle after check-out.

The staff was helpful, the location was ok in regards to where I wanted to go. The pub was nice
It's basically a glorified motel. Way to expensive for what it is. Also, if you're looking for a quiet place, this is not it. Usually, the pub that is in the hotel is open late and people are a bit noisy.

Affordable, clever, interesting neighborhood.
It was quite noisy and didn't feel super-clean.
